Recording artist Robert Ritchie -- better known as Kid Rock -- has made waves recently as he publicly considers a challenging Democrat Senator Debbie Stabenow in the coming 2018 election.

Some who support Kid Rock’s potential candidacy do so because they believe he would represent a much needed outsider voice in Washington, D.C. in the same way that President Trump is.

However, critics accuse him of being unqualified for such a high office.
